Our Service

In addition to our local engineers we have the support of 1200 Xerox customer service personnel ranging from highly skilled field based customer service engineers and analysts to national technical specialists who are only a telephone call away if our engineers need some advice. Our engineers are able to resolve 95% of faults during the first visit without leaving the customer's premises.
In order to deal with your call efficiently we will require the serial number of your device and a brief description of the fault. We will then allocate an engineer to you and give you an approximate time of arrival. SolutionX are extremely flexible and will work with you to arrange a mutually suitable time.
